Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 

Individual Sessions: If you need to cancel an individual training session, please provide at least a 4 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equivalent to half of the cost of the missed session. 

 

Group Sessions:  If you need to cancel a group training session, please provide at least a 4 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equivalent to half of the cost of the missed session.

Package Sessions: If you need to cancel a schedule individual or group training package session, please provide at least a 4 hours' notice. Contact us letting us know and we will reschedule the session for another date. 

Refund Policy

Individual / Group Sessions: Once payment is made for a single session, it is non-refundable except in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Instead of refunding the payment we will reschedule the session for a later date that works for both parties.

Packages: Refunds for package purchases are not provided once the first session has been conducted. If you need to cancel your package after the first session, we can offer a prorated refund for unused sessions, minus any applicable fees. 

Emergency situations

In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your situation and reschedule or provide a credit as appropriate.
